This policy explains what teapopco.com collects when you visit or order, and how we use it.

What we collect

Order information: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you provide one, so we can fulfill and ship your order.
Newsletter signups: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Contact and custom order inquiries: whatever you share in our contact form, such as your name, email, event date, and message.
Basic site analytics: page views collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfill your order, respond to your inquiry, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the site running smoothly. We also keep order records so we can reach past customers by email about new flavors, restocks, and offers. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records, including your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought, as our customer records for as long as the shop operates. Raw payment notification data we receive from Square is deleted after 90 days. Square handles your payment, and we never see or store your full card number.

Marketing messages and opting out

If you have ordered from us before, we may email you about new flavors, restocks, or offers. You can opt out at any time by emailing hello@teapopco.com or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. After you opt out, we will only contact you about your own orders.

Who else processes your information

Square processes payments for us. We never see or store your full card number.
USPS receives your shipping address to validate it and deliver your package.
Cloudflare hosts this website, provides the basic analytics above, and runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a tool that helps us tell real visitors from automated bots on our forms. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.
