Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when your payment is confirmed by Square, our payment processor. Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change at any time without notice, and we may limit the quantity of any order.

Payment

Payment is collected securely through Square. We never see or store your full card number.

Made to order

Every Tea Pop is handmade to order in small batches. Because they are handmade with real botanicals, slight natural variation between pops is normal and expected.

Shipping

We ship within the United States by USPS. See our Shipping and Returns page for processing time, shipping options, and what to do if your order arrives damaged.

No returns on food products

Because Tea Pops are a handmade food product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tea Pop Co USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
