Every Tea Pop is handmade to order. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.

Shipping options

We ship from Bensalem, Pennsylvania by USPS. At checkout you can choose from:

• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Priority Mail Express

Exact delivery estimates and shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Washington DC, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for a package delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

Because Tea Pops are a handmade food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, for the safety of all our customers. All sales are final.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@teapopco.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will look into it and make it right. Resolutions are handled case by case.
